Authentic Karate!
Great movie! Actual Karate techniques. None of the exaggerated stuff you see in other movies. The closest thing you'll get to true traditional Okinawan/Japanese Karate in a film. A must see!

A Great Karate Movie
I really enjoyed watching this movie. This is real karate in action, none of that long drawn out fight scenes (ong bak and their 20min fights). From what i saw, they used shotokan and Goju-ryu styles, I kinda wish i saw more goju-ryu but it was still cool to see both. The story was simple and to the point (i thought), each person finding out their own meaning of karate, etc etc. The dvd wasn't expensive, so anyone who enjoys a good budo flick should pick this up.I really enjoyed watching this movie.
