    Still a solid machine.

    These Toshiba HD DVD players might be nearly 18 years old, but they’re sturdy and still work, especially for those of us who snapped them up, along with discs, when they went on clearance when the format was discontinued. I bought this unit as a backup because I still have HD DVD movies to watch.

    HD player

    I just got this unit hooked up. It works really good. The picture quality is great. Have not had much "experience" with it as yet to know if there will be any problems with it but so far, great.

    There is some great deals buying a used HDDVD player and a movie lot that's listed.You can upgrade your collection of hd movies for pretty cheap.

    Excellent value for the price. All the Hddvds and the player are working great for being 14yrs old. Picture quality seems to be good as any bluray.
