Great little plane that handles exceptionally well
This is a terrific plane for flying in small spaces. It doesn't have SAFE select, so this shouldn't be your first plane. However, if you can fly any other plane with SAFE select, then this is the perfect plane to practice flying in AS3X mode. With its large wing area, this plane can be flown very slowly and never stalls. Takeoffs and landings are a breeze. Also, it is quite punchy, so you can do some nice aerobatics with it. Only weakness: the landing gear. However, there is a quick fix: place some paper tissue over the foam/carbon fiber tubes on the inside of the landing gear and soak the tissue with foam-safe CA glue. Together my son and I own half a dozen of UMX planes, and the Waco is probably our favorite (we each own one).This is a terrific plane for flying in small spaces.
