    Great Product! Great Value!

    Our old scissors wore out and were needing replaced. After searching for the ideal pair of kitchen scissors we settled on the Ergo chef. It is well made, has many great features, and was quickly used to cut up a chicken. We love it!

    Well made scissors that don't work very well

    Like I said these are made real well and fit your hand nicely if you have big hands. The problem and the only problem is they only cut paper and such on the flat part of the blades but where the little dip is on the one blade (which you can see in the stock pic) paper, cardboard, sheet plastic will not cut in that section. The flat part of the blades is the only part that cuts what's mentioned above. So as you can see a good 1/3 of the blade is useless, maybe for branches or small bones but thats it. So my advice is to look for something better.

    Not what you're looking for

    Fingers can't fit in the handles, and it hurts to try and use them because of it. They come apart which can cause an accidental fall / drop hazard to feet (ask me how Iknow), sharp catch edges on tooling at bottom of handles, not great at actual cutting. Waste of money...

    Good kitchen utility shears.

    These are sharp, well made kitchen scissors. The scissors are a bit small for my male hands, and the flat bottle opener is a little tricky to use. But these break apart utility shears are just right for kitchen use.
