      Super strong carving fork

      This substantial carving fork is exactly what I needed for holding large portions of meat for processing. The satin finish and riveted handle fit perfectly. The long strong prongs enable moving heavy cuts of meat and poultry from hot roasting pans safely. I recommend using two of these forks for muscling big turkeys and hams onto carving boards. They also work perfect for cutting large cuts of meat into chops, roasts and steaks.

      Very Nicely Made, Very High Quality

      This tool is beautifully machined, elegantly designed, and solid... with wickedly sharp tines. You could lift a whole cow with this thing! Three hundred years from now, this tool will still be like new. Meanwhile, I will enjoy using it throughout my lifetime. Then, I will leave it behind for some other lucky cuss. Carving knives will come and go, but this carving fork will last several lifetimes.
