    Hysterically funny, great acting

    Garry Shandling plays a self-centered TV show host Larry Sanders in this hilarious series. Rip Torn is fantastic as his ever-optimistic, over-the-top producer - he has the best dead-pan delivery in the business. Jeffrey Tambor is great as the insecure sidekick Hank Kingsley, and there's a host of wacky secondary characters like Linda Doucet as the brainless secretary and Penny Johnson as an assistant producer. For some reason the studio hasn't released the remaining seasons to DVD - if they had any brains, they'd put them all out and make some money.

    Larry Sanders Show

    Great, often forgotten show from the early to late 90's on HBO, I saw some episodes on demand on cable and am getting into it late in life. Picked up the DVD which has been a lot of fun. Thanks.

    It was a great show when it was oin the air, very underrated and should be a staple in everyone's collection. Great humor and great show!!!

    My favorite television comedy of all time. Several of my family members cried when the show ( three seasons?) ended.
