    Easy setup slow speeds

    I would love to give this router a five star rating but with Verizon service it is very slow like 2g 3g Will work fine for basic stuff around the houseSmart lights cameras and stuff like that will work fine but if you want to watch HD video or any type of good quality video that will not work YouTube videos on low quality and most videos with low quality will work

    Not worth the price.

    To start with the one I purchased is used, the back up battery does not provide power when the device looses power. On top of all of that to connect it to Verizon network is very expensive if they will even connect it st all. The store where I purchased my service from said that it could not even be connected. The online assistance personnel gave me two different answers. The last being and independent plan costing almost $200 per month for 40gb of data.

    Must have strong cell signal, 3 bars maybe.

    To be fair, the hub may be Ok But Be sure you have a good call signal from the Nearest and Next nearest verizon call tower. Otherwise it wont work well which can be worse than Not working at all. I wasted a couple weeks fighting toget it to work. But again I think my issue is lwas -100 -120db consistent signal weakness. Half way between two Verizon towers.

    I was hesitant to purchase the item because it was too good to be true.. I ended up ordering the item as a gift & it worked out! The only thing that concerned me was the packing because I was afraid it was damaged, but it was still intact.

    Works great with good cell service

    Works great! We live in the middle of nowhere but we do have good cell service from Verizon. This SmartHub works great. We use it for our internet service, Netflix, security cameras etc. Netflix eats up the data but even after we use up the faster data, Netflix still plays smoothly without stopping. We now have 2 SmartHubs.
