Seller was rude when I asked why my item hadn't shipped. Their page says 5 day, not 5 business days. Despite this I waited 5 business days before contacting them. It was implied Mondays aren't business days, they then proceeded to tell he how great they are and how perfect their shipping and approval rate is on ebay. This was not a single sentence but more than 2 paragraphs of them praising themselves. If they had only said "sorry, I'm behind, I'll ship it tomorrow" it would have been fine.

How was I rude? The listing clearly states 5 business days in bold letters. Holidays are not business days. Last Monday was a holiday. It still hasn't been 5 business days since you made your purchase. You did not ask me anything. You told me to ship the item and said sorry for being pushy. Why would I apologize when I shipped your item on time? Why do you feel the need to lie multiple times in your feedback?
