Londonmagicstore is a awful seller who lists items as brand new when they are used with a heavily degraded battery, marks and missing contents. Expected me to pay for return shipping when they sold me something that was not as described. EBay made them have to pay for Return and to refund me once the item was sent back. Do not buy from them. Shady business practises & falsely advertising goods as brand new open box. Images provided. Absolute awful seller.

    Good phone but be prepared to charge it most days.

    Bought as daughter wanted a phone with keyboard as well as touch screen and hates blackberrys. Battery life is poor if you use the phone to its full capacity but if you only use it for calls and texts then you can get a few days out of it. Generally good layout and easy to get to grips with. Quite chunky but robust. The sounds good for music and the photos come out clear and better than most phone cameras.

    Worth every penny

    Upgraded from a Nokia E63 but decided to buy the phone outright as it works out cheaper than contract phones. This phone is great! I love the apps and can't stop d/loading them. There are so many really useful widgets/apps they make the phone invaluable. It's very easy to use - I haven't had to use the manual as most things are self-explanatory and/or have pop-up help. Battery life could be better - I've had to charge it every day. Originally wanted a touch phone with qwerty keyboard but have very quickly got used to the on-screen keyboard and don't use the physical keys at all now.

    great phone easy to use

    a great phone quite large. bought for internet access quick even on 3G. battery life reasonable considering screen display. wish it handled profiles and ring tones like nokia

    Great Smartphone - good value for money!

    Bought this as an upgrade to a more traditional Nokia phone, and have to say am very impressed with this Smartphone. It's generally a stable unit, although the battery life isn't as good as my Nokia (lasts about 20 hours before needing a charge) it definitely is usable. As a first step into the Smartphone world, this is a great phone, and HTC is very user friendly.

    top phone for price

    Good all round phone nice an easy to use can be a bit slow at times. Battery life lasts a day (just) but this is the norm for most htcs Ideal first time htc…. Top phone for the price…
