    Seller sent wrong item. Seller agreed to refund upon return of item, but only set a 'QR Code' for return shipping and refused to send an actual label (PDF) that I could print out. QR code would require me to travel to a Post Office and wait in line just to return a ten dollar item. Seller was rude and condescending. I've been an eBay member for 26 years and never encountered such unprofessional conduct by a seller.

    If we sent this buyer the wrong item we apologized for the inconvenience & told him to please start a return. He started a return & we chose the option for ebay to provide him with a return label. Ebay sent him a return label. Buyer couldnt understand how to print a label & demanded that we send it to him. We explained that ebay provides him the label directly & that we have no access to it whatsoever. He argued that we were wrong. Ebay sent him a message confirming this info. That made him mad.

    Not the same quality as the genuine Delta lever, but good enough and less expensive.

    Item is great for the price. Compared to the genuine Delta part I am replacing, this part is thinner, smaller in diameter and has shorter screws. I had to slightly enlarge the hole to hang the stopper. That being said, it looks OK and will should do the job. At this price point, I am satisfied. The genuine Delta part failed twice in 15 years, we will see how long this one lasts.

    Perfect replacement part.

    Nice and easy to install. Make sure you replace the overflow pipe foam gasket seal behind the overflow plate as well. They usually are hardened and in need of replacement by the time the overflow plate is in need of replacement.

    Cheaply made

    Made in china but the outer package says Molen had to add washers to the spring to make it hold, shure it won't last long but did not have anything else to chose from.
