    Such a sweet beginner's book, my great neice loves it!

    This is a great book to teach toddlers about Gods great plan for this Caterpillar to become a lovely Butterfly. Although God is not mentioned in this book, only he could make such an amazing creation. Eric Carle is a very good author.

    Okay except stuck pages

    I was aware it wouldn't be a new book, however the first 2 pages are stuck together. If I pull too hard, it will leave glue residue behind both pages. On the other hand, it wasn't stuck on the pages with the story, so I guess it's okay. I would recommend if that doesn't bother you, but if you want a clean, new product, probably look elsewhere (but they can get expensive 8/).

    Excellent Teaching Tool

    The Very Hungry Caterpillar is a fantastic classic book, by Eric Carle. It is not only a fun story for kids, it is also provides the opportunity to teach about the butterfly life cycle, the days of the week, counting and good nutrition. There are many different activities you can do to accompany this book to expand on the concepts covered within. It is because of this that it is great addition to any personal or classroom library.
