Super impressed with this seller! They had the best price by far for this book! Both the cost of the book and the shipping fee was far better than average! The book came exactly as described, it was well packaged and quite a bit earlier than expected! The seller was polite and replied quickly to my messages. I’ll definitely make another purchase soon! Thank you to the seller! Be safe and keep up the great work!

WONDERFUL book! Better than described, in just like new condition [not just good]. Packaged very carefully, shipped very securely. Great seller, would buy from again in a heartbeat! No communication occurred, but I imagine it would have been as good as the rest of their customer service. Very happy with purchase, thank you very much!

  • Older Cookbook Miss the pictures

The content is ok but it does not have near the amount of colorful pictures as the newer cookbook editions have and to me that's what makes a cook book great.

  • This is an appropriate title for the cookbook.

As to be expected, Cook's Illustrated has come up with yet another tremendous cookbook. The best part about this cookbook is that you can make all of these recipes without the use of your oven. There is a huge variety of recipes, all presented with useful pointers as to what specific products to use (i.e. the best type of salt for brining, the best tasting cheese, the best quality pre-made pie crusts, etc...)and how to prepare your ingredients (i.e. best way to remove the silver skin from a pork tenderloin; how to properly mince basil, etc...). There is nothing that I disliked about this cookbook. I decided to buy it because I thought that it would simplify my food preparation if I could cook and serve my meals in one skillet.

  • Title says it all

    Many very good recipes

I'm a fan of Americas test Kitchen cookbooks so I like this one as well.

  • Haven't seen a cookbook like this

During the summer I like to make skillet meals, so the title of this book caught my attention. I checked it out at our library and I liked the recipes so much that I decided to purchase it. I own over 250 cookbooks, so when I buy another one, it must have a lot of recipes that I can't find in my other cookbooks.
