The hat was crinkled up a little bit and it will have to be shaped up so that the embroidery can be more outstanding. Better packaging would help when you have USPS handing your stuff.     Pema's words are what we all need

    What a lovely CD set!

    A friend recommended Pema Chodron to me, and I had no idea what to expect, but she's delightful. She's warm, wise, FUNNY and kind...truly a delight to listen to. I've been listening to these CDs a lot in the car, and her words have helped me to center myself and get into a positive mental space to face whatever the day brings.

    Life Changing

    Words that can change your life....get the cd and enjoy Pema's voice and humor...it's so enriching. I will be watching for more of her cd's here on ebay. You don't need to be a buddhist for this. I am a Christian and enjoy and benefit from this book....it's all so close to what Christ taught.

    Great!

    Pema is great! Good sense of humor and down to earth style and, of course, good material. Anything she narrates herself is good, but there are other cd's out there that are narrated by someone else that are just not as effective.
