If you are reading this feedback then you're probably in the same boat with a broken Mercedes panoramic sunroof brackets. I received the parts and am happy to report they work fantastic and allow you to replace the broken brackets without having to take the entire sunroof apart. Installation only took about 5 minutes and I had my fully functional panoramic sunroof back. One of the brackets did break during installation and he shipped me a replacement immediately so he stands behind the product.
