The seller was easy to work with, communicated well, was understanding and even willing to provide a refund for the delay. We decided to wait awhile longer, and the postcard eventually arrived back from space! Was packed extremely well to avoid damage, in wonderful condition as described. Product as described, well packed, and put in the mail in a timely fashion. Only complaint is USPS's ability to actually deliver when they say they do. Showed up a few days before it was posted on-line as "delivered."
