The opal ring is greater than expected. I tried taking picture, but the don't capture the dimensional aspects of the ring. Seller was very good at communicating. The shipping was just as they estimated. Seller could be a little more clear on the process. It shows it is shipped but waiting for arrival in Pennsylvania. Showed that for 3 weeks. I believe each purchase is shipped in batches. Not individually. Comes from India by airfreight. It arrives in the USA to a distribution center.

Did not receive item represented in photo in offer. Seller agreed to replace item in a timely manner. Seller stated shipping would be in two days & received in 7-10 days. I agreed to this return offered. However I have had no further response from seller. I strongly believe this is a “ bait & switch” situation. Do to fact seller has not followed through with replacement offer I believe EBay should reopen case for return. Obviously this seller has many problems with handling transactions .
