Very poor packing which caused the box to be damaged of an item that was a gift - just in the box left to rattle around - when i contacted the seller he told me he would give me a partial refund but now he is refusing to do it and i have waited a long time for him. His customer service is terrible. Over charge for shipping also for something with no padding at all

I had a death in the family. He couldn't wait another day. Threatened me in messages refused to open a return request. The item was packed good it had bubble wrap around it. I don't know how it got damaged. Will not do business with this person again.

I waited almost 2 weeks and i could not open a return because i did not want to return i just wanted him to know the item was damaged - no bubble wrap it just rattled around in a box too big for it. I did not do anything but wait until he finally refused to do the partial he offered so i left a good true feedback
