But this is my second purchase from seller. 1st one was no issue. But slow Shipping or lost misplaced package is not seller fault. I did not want to have to return it and have him wait for another one to be delivered so I asked if they could provide a partial refund. They did offer a partial refund which is more than reasonable and good customer service
