I contacted the seller where he said he will resolve it through via ups claim. No actual refund or item being sent back an replaced Where i believe it is a scam for them to get paid through via ups. It looks to me that the seller tapped the box up sent the damaged item in hopes to get a claim out of it. This is a expensive speaker that i now have to hope gets replaced.*OPEN BOX* Cerwin-Vega!
