Livraison rapide et soignée. Après mettre rendu compte que l un des CD ne fonctionnait pas correctement, j ai contacter le vendeur. Ce dernier très réactif et malgré le fait qu il était indiqué retours non accepté m a rassuré et au final à été très commercial. Nous sommes parvenu à un accord. Parfois un achat peux ne pas se passer comme espéré cependant, il est appréciable d avoir des vendeurs compréhensible et arrangeant lorsque cela arrive. Je recommande ce vendeur.

je me fais insulté d'arnaqueur directement sur un avis négatif ,sans aucune communication avant. je n'ai jamais refusé le retour , il suffit juste de me contacter ou au pire , faire une demande de retour eBay rien a ete fait de ce coté. J'ai moi même pris contacte avec cet acheteur , sans réponse favorable pour accepter un retour et enlever se vilain avis négatif... mais rien y fait ce genre de personnes se reproduisent de jours en jours sur cette planète c'est juste affligeant.
