Well it’s started off to a rocky start, they had a mixup in shipping I think but caught it long before the wrong item reached me n had already sent the right item, when discovered I had the wrong item I sent them a message n they promptly answered during business hours n told me to hang on a couple days n the right item would be there n sure enough they’re good to there word n for cheap camera mount they look sturdy n also I asked about returning the wrong item n they said keep it, great company
