    Manufacturing at it's lowest

    Used to have one much like this. However the spring mechanism was made of metal ...as a spring should be. For a few cents less they went with a set of plastic springs on each end of the bag to hold the creel closed. One of the plastic springs was already broken on receipt of package. Just not gg to bother returning it. Not worth the effort. So disappointing to see just everyone selling something, will stick it to you over just a few pennies. Could have been a nice bag.

    It worked for the purpose it was bought for

    As others have reviewed, it broke first use. trying to open and the plastic was a joke. My hubs is the type to just keep and deal with it. If the plastic were replaced with a good metal it would last like the one i had for 25 years. The rest of the Creel was good.....

    Creel is nice, other than the fact that one of the plastic arms broke immediately upon trying it out, most of the reviews say the same thing, but the creel is still usable for what it is. Didn’t return it because why bother it’s a small fish bag that held my limit of trout easily, so it did its job, a more serious fisherman would probably want something bigger and more durable.

    Bad hinges

    These new creels from any company are all the same, made in China, the plastic hinges break right out of the box. You can still use them but be prepared for the hinges to break.
