    A great adventure, excellent sequel to the original Black Stallion

    Very entertaining, well acted, good photography, excellent follow up to "The Black Stallion". Twenty years later the movie "Hidalgo" was touted as "inspired by a true story". I thought many of the scenes were obviously "inspired by The Return of The Black Stallion".

    The Black Stallion Returns

    I love both of the Black Stallion movies. The first is the best in my opinion but the second has all the gorgeous Arabian horses is it. It always amazes me how much of his own riding Kelly Reno did. One part has Alec riding The Black out of the back of a moving horse trailer, there is no doubt Kelly did his own riding. The movies are right up there with my other favorite The Man from Snowy river. Beautifully filmed, fantastic scenery.
