I waited over a week for the delivery after status updated to dispatched. I contacted the seller who responded pretty much immediately to say they will look into it. I received an update pretty much the following day to say there had been an issue with Evri, but the parcel had now been located and that it will be put on a next day delivery with DPD at no additional cost.
