The product box had creases on the short sides of the box and dents on corners, but the product is in great condition as it didn’t damage the iems. The product looks so sleek with its 6(hexa) sides. The quality of Hexa is as great as reviewed by crinacle and super* reviews: neutral(with bass) Very Analytical
