Beautiful necklace as described, excellent communication. It was dispatched promptly by the seller on a Monday. FedEx got the parcel from Tokyo to Edinburgh in less than 2 days despite 4 airport stops on the way. FedEx put it on a van for delivery in Edinburgh and then returned it to the Airport facility the same day with no attempt to deliver that day and for 5 more days. I am very happy with the seller not so happy with FedEx in Edinburgh.
