I only really ever use this portion to comment on shipping time, since I have yet to receive an item that has been damaged in any way, so I have yet to use this section to complain about that. It shipped incredibly fast, so I have no issue with that. The only thing I might complain about is that Val's legs are just slightly longer than the picture shows, but that isn't a problem for me so it isn't even really a complaint.
