Item arrived missing pieces and some pieces damaged, looks used, not as described. Had to contact Ebay to ship back for full refund

There was never a dispute on refund and item was exactly as described. The problem came into play when I asked buyer to return item for full refund instead of keeping it for free. No bad intentions on my end. And I have completely complied to the buyers request
