    Martin De Porres

    Some facts were wildly wrong (Martin was never ordained a priest) and I would think that Mexican media people would know the difference between solemn profession and ordination since it is reputedly a Catholic nation. But the lead actor was excellent and that saved the entire production.

    Simple and straightforward

    You must applaud the storywriters and directors of this movie. Without diverting too far from the real story of Saint Martin de Porres, they have tried to give a clear cut history that is both remarkable and entertaining. The gentleness of the saint and the remarkable gifts given him is very well portrayed by the actor Pedro Telemaco. It is a great movie which both kids and adults will enjoy.
