Dress was described with "one stain and few loose threads." It arrived with dime-size hole and 4 areas of obvious stains. I sent many photos of damages; seller replied "I stated I don’t do returns." I opened a case. Before seller had even received the return, she relisted the dress and sold it to someone else. She did this before receiving the return, without inspecting or photographing the additional damages; she was content to not show the hole and stains to the subsequent customer as well.

While I’m sorry you feel this way you were fully refunded for the item. This customer was extremely difficult to chat with and was very unfair with their review seeing as they got a refund and the reason for return was not very plausible. This is the first negative review I have ever received on here.

How is the reason for return "not plausible" when you received many photos of undisclosed stains and a half-inch hole? "Not plausible" means "not believable", the photographic evidence I sent doesn't require "belief" because it is itself proof. I'm sorry if my sending photos of obvious undisclosed damages made me "difficult to chat with" in your eyes, but my message was only factual. And if you found my review "unfair" then you probably should have explained how anything in it that was untrue.
