Excellent reference source
Solid reference guide to personal development. The layout and organization of topics is fantastic. Only one issue I have is some of the books listed at the back of each competency are kind of garbage. Granted this editing is a few years old now, so just do your own search for related books on the topic with GoodReads and you're set.

This is a great book with a lot of information for self-improvement. I bought it to use for my development plan at work as it was highly recommended by my manager and my mentor. I could have borrowed one, but I wanted to be able to add my notes and keep it handy to refer to at any time.
