Great communication before and after and the best packing jobs of any online seller. Full stop! As a small business owner I buy hundreds of heavy tools online. These are 3 heavy pipe wrenches and packed VERY intelligently, dissembled, stacked and staggered alternately so no piece could impact another and no ganging up of heavy sharp parts with violent inertia to bust out the box ends when the delivery handlers toss this box and slam it around doing 50 mph down a country road.
