Next you shipped the item (car collectible) inside a manila bubble envelope, without any protection. The postal service folded the envelope to force it inside the mailbox and obviously the item arrived damaged and badly crushed and item is useless for collection. Usually all others eBay seller's ship collectible very well packaged inside a strong box. I Want a replacement or a full refund.
