the watch is junk’ wife washed few dishes and 💦 got in it and stop working, i message the seller and respond I got from the seller was ? I need to give the manufacturing call’ instead of saying send the watch back and replace it but no’ now I have to deal with manufacturing that I didn’t even purchase from.

Regarding the watch issue, it appears water damage occurred, likely due to wear and tear. Unfortunately, this isn't covered under our warranty.
As a small business, we have limitations in replacing products damaged through use. However, we offered to contact the manufacturer on your behalf for potential solutions, but didn't receive a response.
