Purchased this item, it was marked a certain size, it was not the size marked (it was smaller than marked). I CONTACTED THE SELLER, I gave them a couple of weeks to decide how to rectify the issue. They have provided plenty of excuses, but have not given me any decision on what they want to do to rectify the situation. Therefore, I’m out the purchase price and cost of shipping — I feel there’s nothing left for me to do but to leave this Feedback, write it off as a total loss, and move on.

The buyer claimed shirt was a 4xl but was clearly marked 5xl. I also had pictures with estimated measurements that he should have matched up with his shirts which he had showed me that he has many but didn't. At that time I had no returns on all items which also would say to buy with caution. I also filed a dispute with this negative feedback which I feel I did nothing wrong. Please refer to the other hundreds of positive feedbacks that I have
