I was not able to contact the seller within the 7-day window due to ER outside of eBay. When I opened the box, the refills are at least a quarter empty. This is a little frustrating, especially since they were +$5 each. Not only were they not completely full, but when I used two of them, the scent was used up within two days. I put one inside the closet & one inside a trashcan and both were empty in two days. If I could return them, I would. The pkg smelled like the scent when I got to the mb.
