Bedauerlicherweise hatte die Lok einen technischen Fehler. Der Umtausch war problemlos. Der Verkäufer hat sich um die Suche nach einem adäquaten Artikel sehr bemüht. Es wurde mir sogar eine höherpreisige Lok zum selben Preis überlassen. Der Verkäufer hat alle Versandkosten getragen. Eine solch kulante Abwicklung ist sehr selten zu finden. Zukünftig werde ich alle meine Geschäfte über diesen Händler abwickeln. Fünf Sterne sind zehn zu wenig.
