This is totally unacceptable. I need the card reader to read the cards not to hook into the sewing machine which I don’t have. I will not give a positive feedback. You have feedback rigged to only accept positive feedback. Ripped off

This one was a head scratcher. I have no idea what the buyer is referring to. I reached out and asked but they never responded. If the wrong item was shipped, it's an easy solution. However, my opinion is they bought the wrong item and now they are mad at me for shipping the item they purchased. Like I said, head scratcher.

    Must have for Janome 10000

    This is a hard to find but must have to read older cards for the Janome 10000. Works great.
