The shipping package was in good condition. When I opened the package I came accrossed to a horrible scene. The carton box was completely smashed and the plastic cup inside the unit was broken.
This is not acceptable. I don't want any replacement. I want my money back. Too bad that EBAY has to put up with companies like this who would like to take advantage of the situation and sell junk merchandise.
As I said I want my money back ASAP.
