The shoes were completely authentic, the inspection did not go through because of the reason stated as "Doesn't match description or photos", which ultimately meant that the condition should have been new without the box, not new with box because of the missing lid. I apologized for any inconvenience caused and asked for revision as this is a false claim, but no response.
