I am happy with my purchase. The part is exactly what was advertised and worked without any issues. The problem I have with it is communication after purchase. The company is offering the same unit $400 cheaper than what I purchased. I simply didn’t see the lower price unit when I bought it. I reached out to the company twice to discuss and got no response. If there was a reason for the more expensive product I don’t have a problem with that, I just wanted the opportunity to discuss the pricing

The item arrived promptly! The control unit, however, was not coded to the chassis (due to my own oversight) but they made themselves available to send me another coded control unit and the return of the one already purchased. I await the instructions via email for "the change". Satisfactory service at the moment, I hope they can solve the coding problem with the VIN.
