The unit itself was well packaged and as advertised. The only problem was trying to get the 4g connectivity setup with no success. Karl was my point of contact and worked with me and was excellent at trying to troubleshoot. After several days and multiple attempts with different to no success, Karl agree to correct the deficiency in another form. Great service from Karl and this seller.

Everything about this purchase was a complete disaster. I provided this seller with pictures. Close ups of the electrical, and fiber connections.Received completely wrong unit. Contacted him, he agrees and offers correct model for $30 more. All conversations on his private email. That was the last I heard from him. Did everything I could do to work with him. Radio I got had no instructions.BE CAREFUL I do not recommend this seller. Nothing close to buying a systems in the US.. Expect trouble!
