Within 5 days the device was stuck in recovery mode and would not restart, and attempts to reinstall iOS with iTunes failed. The iPod came just as described. The shipping box was sealed in such a way that no one would dare tamper with and you not know it. The iPod was very nicely wrapped to prevent it from being damaged. I will come back and let you know how it sounds at a later time. But right now, I’m very satisfied.
