This seller failed at EVERYTHING other than shipping cost and time. They say "You will receive exactly what you see in pictures" in THIER item description but I didn't receive the items in the photos I received a 3rd party multitap that does not work. In the photos they have the OEM and 2 controllers one missing the analog rubber both have this in their photos and also both didn't work. I also received them in a horrible looking box the items also had little to no protection.
