Bought a pair of shorts that were advertised as a size 38 but when they arrived the label shows size 36. Obviously didn't fit. Seller stated "no returns" but seller is in the wrong. Put in a return request and response I got back was "sorry it's the wrong size." That's unacceptable to me. Also, debated whether to purchase in the first place because seller charged $19.60 to ship - outrageous.
