Trotz Weihnachtsgeschäft sehr schnelle Lieferung. Das Buch war sicher verpackt und kam völlig unversehrt hier an. Die Versandkosten finde ich für ein Buch mit 4,50 Euro nicht gerade günstig. Die Kommunikation war ok. Es gab eine Mail zum Kaufabschluss und eine zum Versand der Ware, eine zur Sendungsverfolgung. Über DHL konnte ich bequem die Ankunft der Sendung checken. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und würde hier jederzeit wieder einkaufen.
