Describes video perfectly
Delightful for any age. We had to buy another as our old copy had been viewed so many times, it finally wore out! We love it because:Tthis video kept my grandson happy and not crying during a bad bout with an ear infection when he was 6 mo old.. I highly recommend it for that reason. We'd watch it over and over again when he was up in the middle of the night. ( Parents don't get annoyed by watching/listening to it either. That's a huge plus. Not like some other videos like Dora or Diego. ) Just the right length too...30 minutes. Not too long before naptime when kids are little. It's also not too "little kiddish". It's not too grown up. My 17 month old son is hooked on Sesame Street, especially Cookie Monster. He doesn't make any appearances in this one- but it is still one of his favorites to watch! It's format is similar to the daily program on PBS. Lots of songs and a few skits. There are also a bunch of cameo appearances for famous people of the past. My Kids are much older and this tape was one we played over and over when they were little. Well as things go the tape was played out and destroyed. When I had a chance to buy one I was surprised that I was able to find it. We sat together and played the tape we all cried a liyttle me more and remembered times gone by but not forgotten,,,,,,,,,,
