Aufgrund mangelnder Verpackung (das schwere Buch wurde nur in einer relativ dünnen Pappaußenhülle versendet - ohne Noppenfolie oder ähnliches zur Dämpfung) hat es eine starke Beschädigung am Buchrücken und am oberen Buchdeckel. Verkäufer reagiert nicht auf Emails - der typische Totsteller eben wenn es mal zu einer Reklamation kommt :(
