The kalimba is amazing. They came in a packaging box inside the hard cover bag. Although the box was a little bit damaged but since the item was packed inside hard cover case, the kalimba was unharmed. The item received as described. I had to tune the note but it was easy to do it. They came with instructions on how to clean and change the note. It also came with bunch of other tools to correct the note and a kalimba holder. The delivery came within 2 weeks to New Zealand.
