Not the first time with this seller, and will not be the last! Dealing with Surplusbydesign is always a good experience I have found. Customer satisfaction is a priority with them. Won a Chromebook 14" and when delivered it gave a problem witth loading the Chrome OS. I contacted and gave details and a description. Received a message back along with a return prepaid label without question. Was able to solve without return but they stand behind what they sell always without issue.
